REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of courses and membeerships offered by Mane Mentor. We want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in our programs, which is why we want to offer a clear and fair process. We’re committed to delivering high-quality, effective educational content and support. That said, we understand that our programs may not be the right fit for everyone — and we want to make the refund process simple and fair.

 

1. 7-Day “No Questions Asked” Refund

We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of purchase for all course and membership purchases.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 7 days of purchase

  • You must not have completed more than 2 milestones (if applicable)

  • You must email info@manementor.com with your request

Once your refund is approved, your access to the course and membership content will be removed.

 

2. Completion Bonus Refund (Optional $50)

As part of our beta program, we offer a Completion Bonus for members who fully complete the program and submit the required materials.

How it Works

If you complete the program and submit all required proof (photos, feedback forms, testimonials, etc.) within the stated timeframe, you will qualify for a Completion Bonus.

Bonus Amount

  • Self-study program: $50 completion bonus

  • Full program (with calls): $50 completion bonus
    (These amounts may be updated at any time. The current bonus amount will always be clearly stated on the program page.)

Bonus Requirements

To qualify for the Completion Bonus, you must:

  • Complete all course modules

  • Submit required photo documentation

  • Submit milestone feedback

  • Participate in community engagement

  • Provide a final review or exit interview

  • Submit all required materials within 30 days after program completion

Bonus Delivery

Completion Bonuses are issued after the final submission is reviewed and approved.

 

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day refund window closes, refunds are not available — except for the Completion Bonus (as outlined above).

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@manementor.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address used for purchase

  • The program name

  • The reason for the refund (optional)

Refund requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

 

5. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

If you continue using the Platform after changes are made, you accept the updated policy.
