5. Community Rules & Conduct (Including Facebook Group + Calls)

By participating in any community spaces (including Facebook groups, comments, or group calls), you agree to:

A. Respect & Safety

• Be respectful, kind, and supportive

• No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory comments

• No threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior

B. No Medical Advice

• The community is not a substitute for professional medical advice

• Do not provide or solicit medical diagnoses or treatments

C. No Spam or Promotions

• No self-promotion, affiliate links, or unsolicited marketing

• No posting sales pitches or recruiting for other groups or programs

D. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Respect other members’ privacy

• Do not share screenshots or personal information outside the group

• Do not share other members’ photos or results without permission

E. Group Calls Etiquette

• Be punctual and respectful during calls

• Calls may be recorded for internal use and future reference

• By participating in calls, you consent to being recorded

F. Zero Tolerance

• Any violation may result in a warning, removal from the group, or termination of membership

• You may be removed without refund for severe or repeated violations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (videos, PDFs, worksheets, graphics, course materials, etc.) is owned by Mane Mentor or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works

• Share course content publicly or privately

• Use the content for commercial purposes without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee results or outcomes from using the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mane Mentor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
